COMMITTEE MESSAGE-JULY 4TH MENU

Hello Everyone,
We have been fortunate enough to locate a black caterer right here in the Big E! Florida Jackson has agreed to cater our event at Harris Hill. I am attaching the menu for you all to take a look at. All grilling will be done onsite and she will also provide all of the paper products. In order to lock it down we need to know ASAP how many members of your family will be attending, children 10 and under the cost is free. We will also need you to send your money to either Paula Taylor or George Keith no later than May 31st. There will be no money collected on the 4th. Make all checks payable to Elmira Expressions. If anyone has any questions or concerns please feel free to contact us and let us know your thoughts. I think that this is a really good deal! I hope you all will agree!

All the grilling is on the site
The cost is $15.00 per person with the exception of children up to age 10. Paper products included (Plates, napkins, forks and cups.)
